Ceiling Leaks in Cottage Grove

The homeowner of this Cottage Grove home called our SERVPRO office requesting help with water damage visible on his ceiling. He was shocked how soon we arrived; We're Faster To Any Size Disaster. We did a precision demolition of some of the ceiling panels, as shown in the After Photo. Of course, the job is not yet complete, but the PVC drip was fixed, and then we blew hot air using positive air pressure to dry out the structure. The following day, after checking with moisture meters, we were sure the water-damaged elements were dry and ready for the build back. Within a few days, the ceiling was completed, including the texture and paint job--our customer was delighted with our professional manner of working clean and swift to make him feel "Like it never even happened."
